Your new role

The Estimator is responsible for preparing and/or coordinating the preparation of complete and accurate estimates on Design/Build projects.
In addition, the Estimator is responsible for preparing the proposal package, which includes a preliminary schedule, clarifications, comprehensive estimates and quantity survey, among other project-specific documents. As a key role in our organization, the Estimator is expected to build effective relationships with team members, external customers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 3-7 years of experience as an estimator for a General Contractor or subcontractor; experience in the Manufacturing Construction Market (or similar Construction Market) required
• Proficient with Onscreen Takeoff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Possess a strong work ethic
