RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Executive Assistant in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, Texas (TX). We're looking for a personable, organized, confident, and agile executive assistant to provide support for our Senior Directors on the team. That includes administrative tasks (calendar management & prioritization, team and executive communication/e-mail, expense management, travel, procurement, and on-site support (meetings, team events, etc.).Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of executive level meetings, project updates, and documentation (align calendars, send meeting invites, timely update of execs calendars, resolve schedule conflicts)
  • Shipping/Logistics coordination and follow-up
  • Submit POs (internal/external)
  • Office purchasing (manage PCard for expenses & expense reconciliation for the team)
  • Occasional small projects (e.g. plan a team dinner for next week)
  • Employee Engagement: support and organize for individual and/or team celebrations and events, anniversaries, birthdays, rewards and recognitions, on-site engagement & real estate/site leadership coordination (e.g. seat/desk arrangements)


REQUIREMENTS:

  • A detail-oriented self-starter, ideally with previous experience in a large corporation, with a technology team
  • Outgoing, energetic, and eager to help optimize the way we work & collaborate; Willingness to learn new ways of work with AI technology.
  • Perceptive, prepared, organized, and proactive; Able to anticipate the needs of our team leaders
  • Expert level ability to seek key stakeholders on behalf of executives for updates and direction
  • Ability to schedule travel, book conference rooms; Initiate/set up meetings
  • Experience with purchasing solutions
  • Must be able to speak in meetings, work with VP's and other executives and support teams (e.g. EAs and Chiefs of Staff)
  • Comfortable interacting with all-levels including team members, leadership & executives, support teams (other EAs and Chiefs of Staff) with tact, empathy, and responsiveness
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive and engaging/fun working relationships
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment with multiple leaders to support and competing needs
  • Expert ability in the Microsoft Office365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work in the office 3-5 days/week depending on team events or support needed


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
