Title: Financial Crime investigator- Wealth Management
Position type: Contract /Fulltime-W2
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Charlotte,NC (3 days in/2 days remote)
Job Description: In this role you will,

• Participate in moderately complex projects and contribute to large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze challenges that require detailed evaluation.
• Help solve moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet goals, following policies and compliance requirements.
• Work with client personnel on Business Execution tasks. 4 years of experience in Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning, or equivalent

Desired Skills

• Ability to assess risks and communicate them clearly.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, especially for handling large data sets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Treasury products like wires, ACH, checks, cash vaults, etc.
• Industry certifications such as CAMS or AML/Sanctions Credential Program are a plus.
• Ability to build strong partnerships across business units.
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, National Security & Intelligence Studies, or a relevant field.

An ideal candidate will have:

• The ideal candidate will have experience conducting financial crimes investigations, including filing SARs and performing complex transactional analysis of various customers, transaction types, and financial crimes risk identification.
• Additional skills include advanced Microsoft Office skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong prioritization skills, experience working in a production environment with strict deadlines, a deep understanding of current/emerging financial crimes trends, and knowledge of correspondent banking and/or international payments.
