Volt is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Ventura, CA.

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper you will:
- Manage and maintain the company's financial records and transactions.
- Analyze and prepare financial statements, such as balancing sheets and income statements.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and account receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including analyzing financial data.
- Set up jobs, order parts, receive parts, and answer phones.
- Other task as assigned.
Full time 1st Shift Opportunity
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Management in accounts payable and account receivable.
Pay Rate: $37 - $45
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
