The Global Lean Manager defines strategy, elaborate training, engage with leadership to implement Lean Program across all geozones and targeted key locations. This position spearheads the conversion to a lean mindset to organization thru the implementation of the Lean Methodology and creating a new culture of continuous improvement toward process efficiency. This position is responsible for delivering consistently year-over-year process efficiency improvements which translate into financial benefits to reduce product costs, repair & service costs and/or general spending.
This position works closely with other functional areas such Customer Service, Engineering, Service Delivery, Warehousing, Production, Maintenance, Procurement, HSE, Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, Human Resources and Quality.
This job requires an experienced candidate with a leadership philosophy deeply rooted in lean thinking for high visibility, high priority projects driving both value stream and cultural transformations.
