Volt is immediately hiring for Inventory Control Specialist in Broomfield, Colorado
As an Inventory Control Specialist (The Horizon Organic Dairy Logistics Team) , you will:
- Perform inventory reconciliations across quantity, location & status of materials between ERP, WMS & quality program.
- Manage IDOC (system failure) issues to ensure integrity and timely flow of transactional data and systemic processing.
- Manage OSD process and execute required inventory transactions using ERP and financial accounting tool.
- Monitor key performance indicators to measure finished good inventory and OSD (Overage, Shortage & Damage) claims.
- Root cause analysis of IDOC errors, inventory discrepancies and OSD.
- Identify and participate in implementation of new process and technology where necessary to improve accuracy and performance.
- Be a liaison for logistics operations to the rest of the supply chain. Improve supply chain performance through effective cross functional communication.

his is a Full Time opportunity.Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday (Normal Business Hours)
The ideal candidate will have: - Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years' experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash functions
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Be able to understand business process and IT tools that support that process.
- Ability to work with internal and external teams to improve process.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
Pay Rate: $
22.00 - $25.00 /Hourly *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
