Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Physical Therapist sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday, with 1 weekend/month. There is a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per 40 hour week. The coverage area is Merced County and mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate.

Minimum Requirements:

• CA PT license
• 1 year Home Health PT experience
• BLS
