Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Registered Nurse sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be Monday-Friday until shift is comlete. On call schedule is 1 day per week, Monday-Thursday, and rotated between 4 nurses. There are 32 guaranteed hours/week and 30 productivity units. The travel area is Cherokee county.

Minimum Requirements:

• GA or Compact RN license
• HCHB experience
• OASIS experience
• BLS
• 1-2 years experience as RN in a clinical care setting
• 2+ years home health experience
• CHPN certification preferred
