Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Status: Part-time - Hybrid

Location: Euless, Texas

Day-to-Day:

• Handles all employee filing, including scanning, filing mail, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assists in preparing both internal and external HR reports, including monthly TDCJ reports and reporting new hires to the Texas Attorney General.
• Performs data entry for benefit vendors, including new hires and terminations, and conduct monthly and open enrollment benefit audits.
• Manages billing reconciliation for DPS
• Handles monthly shipments of service awards, annual wellness bags, wellness calendars, and annual W-4 mailings.
• Assists with special projects as assigned by the HR department.
• Enrolls new van drivers into the driver training system and assist with shipping new hire bundles.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required and 1-2 years of HR or office experience

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and HR systems (UKG or similar).
