Job Title: HR/Employee Relations Administrator (Project Temp)
Contract Length: 6-week assignment, Full-time (40 hours/week)
Position Overview:
Our rail client is seeking an HR/Employee Relations Administrator to assist in updating and revising employee handbooks across multiple states. This project requires strong writing skills, project management experience, and the ability to work independently to ensure the handbooks comply with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have an HR generalist, writing or employee relations background.
Key Responsibilities:

Handbook Updates: Revise and update employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with state-specific laws and current company practices.

State Compliance: Work with office managers across 8 states to gather state-specific information on policies (e.g., PTO, employee laws).

Project Management: Organize, track, and manage the project timeline to meet the 6-week deadline.

Collaboration: Communicate with HR Director and office managers to verify and update content, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
Requirements:

Experience: HR, employee relations, or a related field, with some experience working on employee handbooks.

Skills: Strong writing and communication skills, detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.

Education: No degree required, but relevant experience is a must.
Work Schedule:-
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours available).

Interview: 1 in-person interview (45 minutes).

Availability: Interviews the week of November 25th (Monday and Tuesday). Please share availability.
