We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary, open-ended basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a nonprofit organization and make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have hands-on experience with Paycom HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Assist with recruitment efforts by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing new hires.
- Process and maintain employee records in the Paycom system.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (Required).
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Proficiency with Paycom HRIS (required).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
