Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (DOE)
What You'll Be Doing:
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be the right hand to the VP of HR, managing day-to-day operations and contributing to impactful projects. From recruitment support to organizing employee engagement activities, your role will be essential to keeping things running smoothly.
Your Day-to-Day:

Provide executive support to the VP of HR, handling confidential information with care.

Manage calendars, emails, and phone calls with a high level of professionalism.

Coordinate meetings, video conferences, and travel arrangements (with expense reports to follow).

Assist with onboarding new hires-everything from creating welcome baskets to scheduling orientations.

Support Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Organize HR files, track projects, and maintain records with impeccable attention to detail.

Contribute to employee engagement activities, helping create a great workplace experience for all.

Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership.
What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of administrative support experience (HR experience preferred).

Bachelor's degree required.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Top-notch organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite-especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Someone who thrives on juggling multiple tasks and takes the initiative.
