Job Purpose

The Industrial Excellence Project Administrator supports the Regional Project Manager with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient project execution and documentation. Will manage project documentation, action logs, documentation for approval processing, travel arrangements, expense claims, and meeting minutes. Will also assist with regional projects to include project file management, weekly project updates, and processing/payment troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Project Manager with administrative tasks for efficient project execution.
• Record minutes during meetings to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Manage action and decision logs, following up on action completion.
• Assist in preparing and finalizing project documentation for the approval process.
• Create weekly regional project status report updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Support other Project Managers and sites with project administrative tasks.
• Troubleshoot payment processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Update project financials and project programs regularly.
• Support the Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) program by providing necessary administrative assistance.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years' administrative support experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience using SAP.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with customers and employees. Must be able to maintain confidentiality as required.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to pay attention to details.

Rewards and Benefits

The salary range for these skills is $70,000 - $80,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
