RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jersey City, NJ that is seeking an Infrastructure Developer.REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages: Python, Java, C, C++, Go, Django, and TCP/IP Socket programming
- Understanding of cloud, microservices, CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, APIs
- Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, database, information retrieval, networking, and APIs
- Understanding or have experience with Agile, Lean philosophies and SDLC lifecycle process
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
- Ability to collaborate with different roles to achieve common goals
- Significant experience in both Systems Engineering and Software development
- Experience in large scale software development in one or more of the programming languages (C, C++, Perl, Python, Java, C#,.NET)
- Enterprise scale and resiliency
- Experience in system and software security and entitlements (SSO, windows, Kerberos, LDAP,
- Modern compute technologies (e.g., virtualization, cloud)
- Experience with Agile development process and automated testing
- Experience working across large infrastructure environments and distributed across multiple data centers
- Experience in end-to-end systems automation and orchestration
- Experience in Systems and Application monitoring systems and instrumentation
- Internals of distributed Operating System
- Systems programming
- Network programming
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
