ECS is seeking a Infrastructure Field Telecom Battery Technician to work in our Albuquerque, NM office.

Job Description:

ECS is seeking a candidate with a strong Network background to support the Enterprise Network Team at a major Department of Energy Laboratory. The mission is to deliver secure, consistent, and capable network and virtual services to ensure faster realization of business value to the client and its customers. This organization is responsible for providing secure, consistent, and highly available network infrastructures and virtual services to meet corporate and mission IT needs.

Day-to-day duties:

• Provide Network Field Support Services:
• Review incoming IT Service Desk requests and resolve customer requirement issues
• Coordinate with Network Advanced Field Operations Team as needed to support activation of device ports

Required Skills:

• Experience Virtualization, Access Points
• WAN, LAN, Wireless (Aruba)
• Juniper
• Cisco
• Brocade
• Cable Installation, Information Technology
• TC IP
• Windows Server or Active Directory
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• AA with 5 years' experience in lieu of degree 8 years' job related experience.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge with ITSM
• ITIL Certified
• GPON
• Active Security Clearance
