Position Overview/Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing support plans, including CRM, digital, social, in-store environment, and internal communication.
- Ensure flawless execution of tactical elements of marketing programs, including setting up promotional elements, working collaboratively with various Marketing teams, and keeping leaders informed.
- Develop seasonal marketing strategies (6-12 months out), driven by customer and business insight and in partnership with Brand and Marketing strategy teams.
- Oversee and guide seasonal go-to-market (GTM) plans including seasonal campaign story development through final execution.
- Champion seasonal go-to-market process and workflow, proactively manage deliverables within each phase of work and communicate effectively for stakeholder adherence.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5-10 years marketing experience with multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience building plans utilizing several marketing channels, including: email, digital, social & influencers, store environment, website, printed circulars, public relations, creative development and production.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
