Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Organize and lead interdepartmental meetings to discuss project progress and resolve issues
  • Create and distribute project reports to stakeholders using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Monitor project budgets and resources, making adjustments as necessary
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and upper management
  • Facilitate decision-making processes by gathering and presenting relevant information
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members across various departments
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Qualifications
  • B.S. in business, science, or other related concentration;
  • Self confidence, leadership, ability to reason, make sound decisions, and delegate.
  • Motivation to excel and inspire excellence in others, ability to see projects through completion, strong communication including verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and relate well to people; mental and emotional stability and maturity.
  • Ability to work in and handle personal stress and diffuse stress in others
  • strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Sets positive example for others, dedication to quality, ethics, and customer service
  • Previous GMP knowledge

  • Previous laboratory experience preferred, previous project management experience preferred.

    Additional Information

    Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
