Certifications: Required - Driver's license and work eligibility status. Must pass a criminal and driving background check.

Experience Req: Required - Three (3) years' experience managing inventory in a large-scale warehouse environment with focus on rapid receipt and distribution of items, kitting of assets, system audits, and cost management. Operated in logistics and resource management during incidents/events, supporting deployment and demobilization efforts as well as supply chain management. Operational knowledge in the Incident Command System with completed courses in ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, 800 to maintain IMT status. Served in a logistics role during a local, state or federally declared disaster is highly preferred.

Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Daily management of the inventory system utilized by National EMR to maintain an accurate record of all assets by location, person, and/or project assignment.
2. Ensure catalogue of expiration dates on assets is maintained and alert intervals are set for reordering.
3. Maintain record of maintenance schedules on all equipment and fleet assets to ensure inspections, certifications, and preventative maintenance are conducted on manufacturers recommended specifications.
4. Coordinate and conduct quarterly audit of all assets at the National EMR Warehouse as well as on assignment.
5. Provide inventory reports to personnel as requested to assist with inventory/cost requests for items utilized throughout the FirstDay Foundation and during National EMR activations.
6. Review, design and implement inventory protocols and processes for the National EMR Warehouse to enhance training and management of proper inventory management by FTE/PRN staff.
7. Maintain a CDL-A Driver's license with "P" (passenger) endorsement. Proof must be provided to immediate supervisor and other requirements as necessary to maintain certifications necessary to perform job functions.
8. Ensure inventory tracking processes are consistent to provide an accurate snapshot of any/all assets currently in the National EMR Warehouse or assigned to an event.
9. Effectively train/assist all appropriate end users to utilize inventory tracking software to maintain and report an accurate inventory of all supplies and equipment assigned to their project/event.
10. Conduct an annual review of all inventory protocols and processes to ensure updated requirements and expectations of National EMR warehouse personnel.
11. Update/calculate the revaluation of inventory value for all assets in stock for response and preparedness budgets.

Other Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Logistics personnel on the demobilization of resources including return of equipment and supplies, equipment status, and inventory update.
2. Assist with ad hoc projects related to FirstDay Foundation and National EMR as directed.
3. Remain adaptable to schedule adjustments and travel related to responses anywhere, anytime.

Requirements:
1. Maintain an acceptable attendance record; minimum hours are 40 hours a week. Schedule to be flexible to ensure prescheduled events are managed appropriately.
2. Remain adaptable to schedule adjustments and possible travel.
3. Move equipment up to 50 lbs. of weight safely and properly.
4. Work in outdoor weather conditions for sustained periods of time.
5. Use both powered and non-powered equipment to safely transport supplies and equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks).
6. Navigate safely throughout industrial environments (e.g., warehouses, equipment yards) and natural terrain.
7. Sustain physical activity for extended periods as required.
8. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, WebEOC, Salesforce and other programs and applications as they relate to inventory maintenance and coordination.
9. Strong working knowledge of purchasing, contract management, vendor relations, and asset management.
10. Highly organized with attention to detail.
11. Must be available to work long deployment assignments lasting months at a time at various locations nationally and internationally in an austere environment.
12. Must acquire and maintain current US Passport for potential international assignments.
13. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
14. Ability to work in a high-volume environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
15. Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and work ethics in a variety of situations.
16. Possess a valid driver's license and work eligibility status.
17. Pass a medical physical, criminal and driving background checks.
18. Understand and adhere to chain of command.
