IT Communications Specialist

Remote EST hours

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and disseminating clear, concise, and engaging content related to IT initiatives, training, and team communications. The role will primarily focus on producing content for internal communications, supporting SAP training efforts, and ensuring that important IT updates and information are effectively shared across the organization.

Required:

• Proven experience in internal communications, technical writing, or a similar role, ideally within an IT environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to a broad audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with content management systems or intranet platforms.
