RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Hybrid JDE Business Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA.Key Tasks:- JDE Business Analyst will lead and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, external systems integrators (SI), and internal teams to drive project progress and address issues
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for the JDE upgrade project; Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are comprehensive and accurate
- Create and maintain detailed documentation using internal templates; This includes process documentation, gap analysis, and other project-related artifacts
- Identify and assess gaps between current and future state processes; Develop strategies to address these gaps
- Document existing processes and design new processes that align with the upgraded system
- Work closely with external systems integrators and the Program Manager to ensure alignment and integration of project components
- Leverage experience from previous ERP upgrades to provide insights and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Support change management efforts towards the end of the project to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the upgraded system
- As a JDE Business Analyst, you will utilize existing reporting tools and assist in the transition to a new reporting tool; Understand the reporting limitations in World and E1 and address reporting needs accordingly
- Collaborate with developers and other technical team members to facilitate necessary changes and ensure project success
- Participate in or coordinate UAT activities to ensure the upgraded system meets business requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including substantial experience leading work on ERP upgrade projects; JDE experience preferred, but experience with other ERP systems and financial domains will be considered
- Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting ERP upgrade projects is required
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and ability to adapt to the project's needs
- Familiarity with reporting tools and experience in transitioning between different reporting solutions
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills; Ability to handle challenging situations and provide clear status updates to both business and IT stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage stress, handle setbacks professionally, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
