Responsibilities:

  • Promote and Support Scrum Practices: Guide and coach the team on Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values, ensuring everyone understands and adheres to these principles.
  • Servant-Leader Role: Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, focusing on the needs of team members and the overall success of the project.
  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Obstacle Removal: Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
  • Create Effective Environments: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, addressing team dynamics and promoting a positive culture.
  • Maintain Team Relationships: Ensure strong relationships between the Scrum Team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Protect the Team: Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus and efficiency.
  • Ensure Work Completion: Ensure all necessary work to achieve the Product Goal is completed within Sprints, maintaining the quality and integrity of the Sprint Goal.
  • Product Backlog Refinement: Assist the Product Owner in refining the Product Backlog, clarifying requirements, and renegotiating the scope as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Team Participation: Contribute to various projects requiring attention during each Sprint, demonstrating versatility beyond specific application expertise.
Skills:
  • Azure DevOps Proficiency: Experience in using Azure DevOps for managing, tracking, and reporting Scrum activities, including User Story management, Task management, Capacity Planning, Release Management, and Sprint progress reporting.
  • Clarity Time Recording: Skilled in using Clarity for product and project time recording.
  • ITIL Practices: Familiarity with ITIL practices for IT service management, focusing on aligning IT services with business needs.
  • ServiceNow Experience (Preferred): Experience in managing incident, request, and change request tickets using ServiceNow.
