Our client is a reputable owner-builder specializing in multifamily and affordable housing projects. Currently managing a multifamily project consisting of two 4-story buildings valued at $80 million, with 18 months remaining.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction of the multifamily project.
• Supervise and mentor 2 Junior Superintendents.
• Report directly to the Senior VP and the President of Construction.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multifamily and residential construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary up to $180,000.
• Truck and gas allowance.
• Comprehensive benefits package.
• Yearly bonus based on a percentage of the base salary.
• 3% 401(k) match.
