Compensation
The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $13.65 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $82,900 and $423,000.

Sign-On Bonus:
An Applicant who is hired pursuant to this Policy and who satisfies the requirements of this Policy will be eligible to receive Sign-on Bonus payouts as follows:
a. A $5,000 Sign-on Bonus will be earned and payable in the first pay cycle following the successful completion of orientation and training and starting on the sales line.
b. An additional $5,000 Sign-on Bonus will be earned and payable in the first pay cycle following the successful completion of six (6) months' employment.
c. To receive the Sign-on Bonus payouts noted above, an Applicant must be employed on payroll as a Sales Executive in Good Standing, as defined below, at the time of each scheduled payout of the Sign-on Bonus. No Sign-on Bonus will be paid to Applicants who are no longer employed with the MVC, SVC, or WVC brand for which they were hired to work at the time of the payouts.
JOB SUMMARY
Contribute to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads. Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner, and follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner efficiently. Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., reloads, referrals, additional sales).
