The Lobby Ambassador creates unique memories, builds rapport, and maintains a professional relationships with guests while following and meeting enterprise service excellence standards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the meeting, greeting and directing of guests by tending to the main door of the building.
- To be present at the Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist visitors when requested.
- Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
- Assist customers with operating kiosks for faster wait times.
- Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and operating guides.
- Crowd control with COVID protocols of allowing 12 guests in lobby at once
- Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
- Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ months in a customer service environment.
- Must be able to stand the entirety of the shift.
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a teamÂ
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
