JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Kenedy, TX

Contract Duration: This is a 6-month project with the potential to go longer. Schedule: 14/14

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide SPOC (Single Point of Contact) to the Well Site Supervisor for all waste streams, fluid hauling, material transfers, and frac tank movement

• Communicate trucking availability and confirmation of job coordination to the Well Site Supervisor

• Communicate issues (i.e., delays, cancellations, etc.) to the Well Site Supervisor or Vendor.

• Select trucking vendor(s) based on performance, availability, cost, and location

• Select waste disposal site based on waste type, availability, cost, and proximity

• Coordinate, manage, and track all trucks that haul waste streams from the well site to COP approved disposal sites

• Coordinate and manage all truck washouts for optimal utilization and cost savings

• Optimize trucking costs by reducing haul time and wait time

• Optimize fluid hauling between operations

• Coordinate, Track and optimize frac tank usage and movements

• Coordinate One-Calls (per COP Lifesaving Rule) for locations requiring grounding of tanks containing hydrocarbons

• Coordinate, optimize and track material (freight) deliveries

• Coordinate and track Rig and Unit movements as they complete and start operation on various pad locations

• Assist in the mitigation of any unforeseen vendor costs by matching completed manifests to corresponding invoicing paperwork (material disposal form (MDF), fluid order, tank package, material transfers)

• Document and track order information (material disposal, fluids, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic/Required:

• 5+ years of inventory management experience

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Word

• Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to travel to field locations approximately 10% of the time as needed

Preferred:

• Ability to work with minimal direction and a high degree of initiative

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Detail oriented

• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy

• Strong logic and analytical skills

• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking/priority setting skills
