Job Overview:

We're on the lookout for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our 3rd shift operations. This role involves maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll be working from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, four days a week in 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain equipment performance.
  
• Diagnose and fix mechanical issues, disassemble and repair faulty parts.
  
• Inspect parts for any imperfections or changes.
  
• Adjust functional components and control systems.
  
• Install specialized components in devices.
  
• Perform routine lubrication and cleaning tasks.
  
• Use metalworking tools like drills and grinders for repairs.
  
• Create purchase orders for parts and machinery.
  
• Repair electrical equipment and conduct skilled tasks like welding and plumbing.
  
• Inspect and fix pumps, fans, valves, and motors.
  
• Maintain electrical and electronic pneumatic systems.
  
• Implement preventative maintenance procedures.
  
• Safely operate hand tools and electric drills.
  
• Develop and execute maintenance work orders.
  
• Coordinate maintenance activities.
  
• Oversee building, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
  
• Ensure proper tool and machinery care.
  
• Address employee performance issues and resolve complaints.
  
• Follow safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
  
• Report any safety, food safety, and quality issues to the relevant personnel.
  

Supervisory Duties:

• Supervise the Maintenance Department team.
  
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and training.
  
• Plan and assign work, assess performance, and address employee issues.
  
• Participate in leadership development and promote company culture.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
  
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
  
• At least four years of related maintenance experience.
