Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
A Day in the Life:
  • Serve as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team while leading a team of customer-centric marketers.
  • Oversee a team responsible for customer facing pivotal initiatives responsible for driving brand awareness, business impact, and customer retention.
  • Be responsible for the management and optimization of marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools, to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Handle marketing budgets and allocate resources optimally to increase return on investment and achieve marketing objectives.

  • Develop a clear and compelling vision for customer marketing initiatives, aligned with overall business objectives, to drive customer engagement and business growth.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment, mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Maintain strong communication with team members, stakeholders, and other departments, effectively communicating ideas and strategies to senior management and key team members.
  • Keep the customer at the forefront of all marketing strategies, gathering and analyzing customer feedback and data to advise decision-making.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making informed decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving, staying updated on industry trends and experimenting with new marketing channels and techniques.
  • Ensure proficiency with marketing technologies and platforms, supervising the implementation and management of new technologies to improve efficiency.
Experience:
  • 5+ years proven experience in customer marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role required.
  • Experience in retaining marketing teams and driving customer-centric initiatives in diagnostics or healthcare strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, CMS) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in clinician engagement preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.
  • Demonstrate leadership providing clarity in goals, expectations and priorities while fostering open and clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Customer-centric approach, crafting strategic multi-channel solutions.
  • Phenomenal teammate adept at cross-functional collaboration.
