As the Manager, ServiceNow Engineering, you will report to our Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture & Engineering, leading the transformation of the overall ServiceNow implementation at Slalom including product function and capability, governance and compliance, as well as related product and engineering teams. You are expected to drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices. This role is integral to enhancing the customer experience for employees, requiring a leader with strategic vision, exceptional operational excellence, deep business acumen, technical skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow application and implementation teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team by fostering a growth mindset, encouraging technical innovation, and providing professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Service Desk, and business units, to identify and implement ServiceNow solutions that automate and streamline business processes.
- Drive continual product improvements and work with stakeholders to develop and prioritize a roadmap for ServiceNow enhancements and new features based on ongoing user requests, competitive capabilities, and product performance.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to ServiceNow delivery, customer satisfaction, and adoption
- Utilize your ServiceNow expertise and experience to architect and design API integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
What You'll Bring
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture patterns and integration strategies with enterprise systems like Workday, Salesforce, etc.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience in module configuration, customization, and integrations within these platforms
- 8+ years directly managing product and engineering teams at an enterprise level
- Experience working with Agile and DevOps practices such as test driven, incremental releases, continuous integration, and deployment pipeline automation
- Advanced ServiceNow certifications

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $130,000 to $185,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
