Title: Marketing Program Manager

Location: Southeastern U.S. - 100% Remote

Summary:

Converge Technology Solutions is seeking a Marketing Program Manager. Marketing Manager will work closely with Converge's sales and sales enablement teams to spearhead local marketing initiatives designed to drive revenue and margin growth. This is a Field role partnering with and supporting Converge's southeastern region sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will be responsible for creating an annual plan to activate solutions and priorities for Converge and the region to identify and develop sales leads.
  • Marketing Manager will develop campaign plans at both a national and regional level.
  • Know Your Customer: Manager will familiarize themself on regional accounts/customers in order to effectively build campaigns that contribute to meeting and achieving goals related to new logo, retention, and cross-sell accounts.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining budgets while adhering to Converge event process and approval policies for each initiative led with
  • Must be very collaborative and work cross functionally with sales and marketing and across all Converge specialized practice areas. Will also utilize the BDR team for pre/post-event support.
  • The Marketing Manager will meet or exceed goals/KPI's related to leads and campaign successes that contribute to their regional sales goals.
  • Tools knowledge includes HubSpot, Salesforce and campaign management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Marketing Program Manager should have 4-7 years of experience in marketing related roles working for an organization in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing campaigns, and technology events and measuring results.
  • Previous experience working with sales teams and collaborating across multiple departments/teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ethical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel to marketing events in territory (Southeast), approximately 30%-40%).
  • Must be capable of lifting 40 pounds. Event set-up/booth set-up, etc.
