Compensation Range
Hourly: $20.45 - $26.70 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to provide operational support to high volume Mortgage Bankers.

Essential Functions

• Improve quality file submissions through data input and provide a high level of customer services
  
• Assist in documentation collection while being accessible to referral partners
  
• Manage the production pipeline and coordinate with the Fulfillment team to ensure an efficient flow of business from application to closing
  
• Assist Mortgage Banker with communication between borrowers and referral partners
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Understanding of mortgage products, interest rates and services
  
• Creative marketing and sales skills
  
• Capacity to understand provided documentation for mortgage banking
  
• Strong customer service skills
  
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  
• Inquisitive, Agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  
• Basic level of proficiency with Encompass, Blend, Microsoft Office Suite, Optimal Blue and Total Expert preferred
  

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  
• 1+ years lending experience required
