Job Description: Our National Account Representatives provide world-class service to our corporate accounts. Responsibilities include full account management from order to cash, effective communication via phone and email, product sourcing, inventory updates, and delivery scheduling. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full account management from order to cash
- Effective communication via phone and email
- Product sourcing and inventory updates
- Delivery scheduling
Required Business-to-Business Experience:
- Contract review
- New account setup, including credit management
- Order management
- Service troubleshooting and dispatch
- Order entry
- Order status updates
- Order changes
- Coordination of delivery and installation dates
- Production build and inventory updates
- Billing and invoice reconciliation
- Ad hoc reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent time management, cross-team communication, and analytical skills
- Technical experience with SAP, MRP, EDI, or ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
