Purpose
The New Site Project Manager will serve two core functions: developing a comprehensive standardized assessment mechanism for supporting CWS HQ and potential partners with evaluating potential new Matching Grant sites and as supporting the onboarding, training and development of new MG implementing partners in collaboration with other staff at CWS HQ. This position requires independent judgment on behalf of CWS and high degree of flexibility, diplomacy, excellent problem-solving skills and an in-depth knowledge of the circumstances surrounding refugee resettlement, the Matching Grant and other Office of Refugee Resettlement programs and office operations. Materials developed would be targeting both CWS and potential partner organizations to ensure efficient collaboration, understanding and preparedness to implement all requirements of the Matching Grant program. An important prerequisite for this position is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a collegial manner and to work independently to carry assignments through to completion.
This position is funded through Dec. 31, 2024 with possibility of extension depending on funding and need.
