Office Administrator

The Office Administrator manages office procedures, coordinates administrative activities, and supports staff and management, ensuring efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, make travel arrangements, prepare documents, and handle inquiries.

Office Management: Oversee daily operations, manage office supplies and equipment, and develop policies.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, handle phone and email inquiries, and coordinate meetings and events.

Project Assistance: Support special projects, track timelines, and ensure timely completion.

Finance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, assist with HR tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

4 years of experience in office administration or management.

2 years of experience supporting multiple executives.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with relevant laws preferred; finance experience desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: Bachelor's (Required)

Location: Rockville, MD (In person)
