Baer is looking for an OpenText Functional Consultant for a 2-month Federal project located in Harrisburg, PA.

Title: OpenText Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Harrisburg, PA (Travel required up to 50%)
Duration: 2 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all OpenText-related activities within the project.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and recommend OpenText solutions.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard Explore sessions to ensure solutions align with client needs.
• Design, develop, and implement OpenText solutions, particularly Enterprise Content Management (xECM).
• Develop formal design specifications, effort estimates, and system documentation.
• Ensure successful integration of OpenText solutions with SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide guidance on best practices and strategies to optimize the implementation process.
• Lead client workshops and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring OpenText xECM solutions.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and related technologies.
• Experience in integrating OpenText solutions with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience in developing formal design specifications and effort estimates.
• Relevant OpenText certifications (e.g., OpenText Certified Consultant, OpenText Document Management Specialist) preferred.
• Experience working with public sector projects, preferably state and local governments.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to the client site during the Explore Phase (Harrisburg, PA).
• Knowledge of Signavio and ability to use it on the project is required.
• Familiarity with ARIBA and integrations to BTP, Integration Suite (cloud), and APIs is a plus.
