Paralegal - West Palm Beach

Ultimate Staffing is currently partnered with one of the nation's top personal injury law firms. We are currently looking for a full time Paralegal to support two associate attorneys.

Paralegal Location: West Palm Beach

Paralegal Position is required to:

* Prepare all exhibits for trial, redaction of medical records and bills, trial notebook and blow-up requests to vendors.

* Prepare Complaint, Summonses, Initial Interrogatories, Request to Produce, Request for Admissions.

* Send letters to clients when needed.

* Preparation of damages summary.

* Prepare and update medical chronology for deposition, mediation, and trial.

* Prepare witness lists, exhibit lists for trial.

* Coordinate and schedule Mock Jurys

* Prepare Jury instructions and verdict forms.

* Attend trial with attorney as needed.

Paralegal Qualifications & Experience:

* At least 5 years of Paralegal experience, preferably in PI or Litigation

* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

* Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Paralegal Details:

* Competition $70-$75k a year.

* Schedule: Mon-Fri regular office hours (Not Remote) 9am-5pm
