Company Overview:
This is a dynamic, fast-growing $100M business with global operations across the US, Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Vietnam. We are gearing up for significant growth, including the possibility of an IPO. With recent leadership changes, we are building the right team to drive success and set the stage for the next phase of the company's expansion. We are looking for a strong, hands-on Plant Controller to join our team at the Hayward site.

Role Overview:
This role reports to the Corporate Controller. As the Plant Controller for this East Bay (headquarters) location, you will be an integral part of the financial team. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you will work closely with the VP of Operations to provide financial insights that support business decision-making. You will oversee the day-to-day financial operations onsite and work across our global locations, providing financial support to several teams overseas. This is a critical position for someone looking for significant growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $180-$190K+

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L, balance sheet, and overall financial health of our site in the East Bay.
• Operational Support: Work closely with the VP of Operations to provide clear financial data that enables the business to understand operational performance.
• Global Collaboration: Support and communicate with teams in other locations overseas, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Process Improvement: Participate in the ongoing upgrade of the Epicor system and improve financial processes across the company.
• Management and Leadership: Direct oversight of approximately 3-5 accounting and finance staff onsite, with potential to grow as the business expands.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing Experience: Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and finance, ideally with experience in a similar plant controller role.
• Strong Financial Acumen: Proficient in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis with the ability to drive results and hold your own in a room of senior leaders.
• International Exposure: Experience working across multiple international sites is preferred but not required.
• Self-Starter: Able to work independently, with the ability to take initiative and lead projects to completion.
• Growth-Minded: Bright, ambitious, and driven by the opportunity for career growth.
• No CPA Required: While a CPA is not necessary, strong accounting and finance knowledge is essential.
