Key Responsibilities:
Provide software expertise for new products and enhancements to existing offerings
Conduct software design reviews to uphold coding best practices, security, scalability, and maintainability
Implement robust encryption and authentication mechanisms to safeguard our systems
Test, debug, and document integration solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate system, software, security, and risk management documentation
Support our customers and clients as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, software, computer science, or a related field
10+ years of progressive software development experience
6+ years of leading software development teams
Strong understanding of security architecture and threat modeling (STRIDE)
Proficiency in software development and implementation of encryption/authentication mechanisms
