Our client is seeking a Product Manager in Orlando, FL.
Role Description
• Support the Lead Product Manager in development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritizing initiatives based on business benefit and strategic direction
• Lead the implementation of existing goals on the product roadmap for food and beverage line of business
• Gather, document, and champion requirements needed to ensure new product features accomplish key objectives and meet business needs
• Works collaboratively in a cross-functional matrix organization to align roadmaps and strategy, understand issue, define requirements, guide work, and schedule it for release
• Support new feature launches by closely partnering with business, operations, and and support teams
• Facilitates continuous improvement of our technologies, through active collection of end-user feedback and relentless prioritization of capabilities and refinement of OKRs
• Gain a deep understanding of current systems and configurations to provide implementation direction and support as the systems are used in new locations
• Champion a framework for documentation of technology and processes
Skills & Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, at least 2 years working with technology initiatives & strategy
• Deep supply chain experience through all aspects of the product lifecycle
• Experience working on solutions for technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at an executive level
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
• Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through partnerships with others, while building strong and sustainable relationships
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a willingness to take personal initiative
• Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams across multiple time zones
• Effectively provide overall product leadership across multiple teams, while working collaboratively to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Specific experience with Food and Beverage Supply Chain ERPs (e.g., Crunchtime, Symphony Retail AI, CBORD).
• Experience with the implementation of demand/supply forecasting using AI/ML (e.g., Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment).
• Experience implementing Supply Chain Services / Integration Platforms.
