    Job Description

    The Program Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Director, manages complex and confidential administrative tasks for the McNulty Leadership Program (MLP). Key responsibilities include overseeing the operations and logistics for initiatives including the William P. Lauder Leadership Fellows, P3: Purpose, Passion, Principles, and various student and client discussion series. This role involves coordination of communications, technology, stakeholders, program materials, and data to support students, partners, and staff. Additional duties include events and financial management plus general support for operations of the McNulty Leadership Programs.
    • Oversight and implementation of logistics to ensure programmatic goals are achieved
    • Direct, professional, and clear communication with students and stakeholders
    • Implementation and technical support of multiple platforms, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, Qualtrics, Canvas, Zoom, Slack, DropBox, WhatsApp, and various scheduling and information-sharing applications
    • Decision-making and problem-solving associated with programs and projects
    • Event planning
    • Budget management and maintenance
    • Reporting and analytics of programs
    • Coordinating interdependent projects associated with the program
    • Foundational clerical and administrative support

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years related experience, preferably in a university setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Comfort with, if not passion for, data and spreadsheets will serve a candidate well in this role. Must possess skill in Microsoft Office software applications: Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of basic accounting is required. Preferred experience in Wordpress and online survey instruments such as Qualtrics. Must possess excellent business writing, editing, and proofreading skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated project management skills and experience managing time effectively across multiple priorities is required. Demonstrated ability to work well with multiple stakeholders as well as ability to work autonomously and in a team-based environment. Exhibits a desire and interest to learn and deploy new technology platforms as relevant to the role. Applicants should excel in the competency areas of:
