For highly qualified candidates, this position would offer a hybrid remote work schedule.
Directs, manages, plans and coordinates Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) values efforts and select professional learning programs for all team members, learners, campuses and units. Leads overall efforts in sustaining the Values-based culture.

Major/Essential Functions
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify opportunities to strengthen our values-based culture and learning needs across various levels within the institution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored professional learning programs that promote institutional goals and values.
- Assess, coordinate and design values education for new team members and refresher training for current team members.
- Implement and manage institutional values learning initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established timelines.
- Lead and organize Values Culture Ambassador efforts.
- Coordinate and consult with the Values Advisory Board for campus values planning and actions.
- Lead efforts to honor and memorialize the lives of team members, learners and university partners in the event of their passing.
- Maintain current and accurate Values resources and applicable operating policies and procedures.
- Plan and lead Distinguished Staff Awards processes and programs.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including live sessions and Zoom-based trainings, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster strong relationships with leaders, team members, and learners to better understand their values support and learning needs and challenges.
- Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring team members and learners to better understand values behaviors and serves as a coach for successful outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between values programs and overall business objectives.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, serving as a role model for ethical behavior and continuous learning.
- Approach values development with compassion, recognizing the unique needs and aspirations of individual at different stages of their careers.
- Use data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data- driven recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously analyze industry trends and best practices to enhance the institution's learning and development strategies.
- Deploys a wide variety of training methods such as individual/group instruction, eLearning, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meeting, and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate values training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Knowledge of training systems or other Learning Management Systems.
- Solid administrative ability to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met and products are professional.
- Ability to work and communicate with individuals in all levels of the organization.
- Ability to coordinate varying priorities, tasks, and workloads.
- Support and contribute to leadership development efforts while applying the values focus.
- Maintains the highest level of professionalism with new team members, learners, vendors, visitors, etc.
- Exude the behaviors of the TTUHSC values in daily work and in support of fellow OPV team members.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD).
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
- Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR).
- Experience coordinating events both virtually and in-person.
- Experience with TTUHSC policies and processes.
- Experience working in education, healthcare, or civil service.
- Experience in Human Resources or People Development related areas.
- Experience with Articulate 360.
