Temporary Project: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Outlook Administrator for a temporary role to support our team with key data analysis tasks and management of our Microsoft Outlook environment. This role will require a blend of technical expertise in data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook administration. You will work with a variety of teams to ensure the integrity, accessibility, and efficiency of our data while optimizing email system management and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analyst Duties:
* Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that support business decision-making.
* Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
* Perform statistical analyses and trend forecasting to support business operations.
* Identify data discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest improvements for data accuracy and consistency.
* Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and assist with data-related projects and reports.
Outlook Administrator Duties:
* Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Outlook accounts and profiles.
* Manage user permissions, distribution lists, and email accounts for internal and external stakeholders.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Outlook functionality, connectivity, and security.
* Support users with Outlook-related issues, including calendar management, email synchronization, and troubleshooting email delivery problems.
* Maintain and enforce email policies, including spam filtering and security protocols.
* Assist with migrating email accounts or integrating Outlook with other systems as required.
Skills:
* Experience with data integration tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
* Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes.
* Knowledge of email migration processes and integration with cloud platforms (e.g., Office 365, Microsoft Exchange).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical users.
