We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support our project management team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
- Help manage project budgets and track expenditures.
- Liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives.
- Assist in preparing presentations and project briefs.
- Support the team in identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a project support role is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
