Project Management Assistant
Compass Health Network

Wentzville, Missouri


Compensation: $15.45/hr

Provides support services to the Facilities Project Manager and Senior Director by performing tasks critical to project management for the Facilities Management team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Work collectively and interact with the department's team members
* Maintain Project Management software and be lead in-house trainer
* Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing system for the department including developing spreadsheets for tracking small and large projects
* Display good work habits, initiative, and enthusiasm, and invest in learning opportunities to discover, develop, and apply new skills
* Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with co-workers, vendors, outside agencies, and the public
* Analyze internal processes and recommend department procedural additions and/or changes
* Other duties as assigned



High School/GED required

* Missouri driver's license required
* Clerical experience including working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools required
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills required
* Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and have analytical and decision-making skills required
