With an average annual revenue that exceeds $300m, they complete interior fit-outs and renovations for clients in Manhattan across the following sectors; finance, retail, insurance, real estate, and law. They are seeking an experienced SPM with experience in managing projects up to $10m a year. The business has grown steadily at 5-10% each year and continues to complete work for repeat clients.

Your new role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage interior projects up to and above the value of $10m, based in Manhattan. Your role will also involve the programming and planning of future projects in addition to client/ account management and oversight of Junior Project Managers and APM's.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years' experience as construction PM
• Experience managing high-end corporate interior projects in Manhattan
• Demonstrable experience of leading Project Management teams
• A college degree in engineering, architecture or construction is also highly desirable.
