Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Data Analytics and DataEngineering
JOB SCOPE
Organize, plans, and executes data projects from the inception phase through the operational phase. Documents requirements for designing data architectures, developing data pipelines, optimizing data workflow, and ensuring data quality, reliability, and security. Defines project scope, tracks progress, assesses risk and keeps to schedule. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a cross functional teams of data engineers, data analytics, and engineering stakeholders to deliver data analytics projects from inception through completion.
Develop project plans and timelines for data analytics initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and
objectives.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices in analytics methodologies, and implement quality assurance processes to validate results.
Track project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas of
improvement, and implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future outcomes.
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Minimum three (3) years of Project Management Experience
Bachelor's degree in business related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Minimum three (3) years of experience in technical data analysis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of advanced data analytics including statistics, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data modeling.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as relational databases, SQL query tools, spreadsheets, data visualization tools.
Advanced skills and understanding of IT technologies with proven experience in performing complex release management tasks with a Fortune 500 company
Ability to grasp complex technical concepts, and apply that knowledge to the release management effort within the team
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused to deliver timely results and positively influence outcomes.
Demonstrated project leadership experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced,
demanding and dynamic setting.
Experience with facilitation and enforcement of procedures and metrics-based process.
Intermediate skills in presenting to peers and immediate leadership.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated track record as a team player and as a critical thinker.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
