Volt is immediately hiring a Receptionist in Carlsbad, Ca.

Pay rate $19.00-20.00/hr

The primary point of contact between company and its customers, and to provide excellent customer service

As a Receptionist you will:

• Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
• Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
• Assists the Accounting Department as needed

This is a full time opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Receptionist Experience
• Strong administrative, communications, and customer skills are essential
• Requires tact and courtesy in dealing with individuals both inside and outside
• Math capacity, attention to detail, and ability to organize and handle multiple activities.
• High school diploma
• Must be able to work on routine assignments with knowledge and good judgment.

Pay rate $19.00-20.00/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
