Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Records Specialist:
- Work through a queue of requests to find birth/death/marriage/divorce certificates for customers
- Navigate through both digitalized and non-digitalized records
- Research discrepancies and fulfill all orders
- Deliver excellent customer service
- This is a 3-month contract to hire position
Required Skills for Records Specialist:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform tedious tasks
- High patience
- Exceptional communication skills
- High School diploma or higher
