Job Summary
Activity will be through F&Gs IMO distribution channel, primarily independent sales channel of Financial Advisors & Independent Marketing Organizations.
This position while responsible for strengthening existing advisor relationships and developing newer advisor relationships will provide pro-active and high-end support to the National Sales VP, Annuity Distribution. This position will be expected to be a significant and highly personalized resource to many advisors in a geographic territory.
This position is expected to travel to existing relationships and foster new ones. In collaboration with the National Sales VP, National Accounts VPs, National Account Managers, & Senior Internal Wholesalers this position will develop and work toward a territory sales plan and will be expected to meet or exceed the plan.
This position is expected to master F&Gs's products and have a working knowledge of competitor's products in order to compare and contrast features and benefits. This position will also be expected to master F&Gs programs and resources to bring additional value to advisor relationships. This position produces meaningful and actionable sales reports using existing systems and resources.
This position reports directly to the National Sales VP, Annuity Distribution.
