Full time, direct hire, permanent position
Typical Schedule - 8:30am- 5:00pm
Nursing Staff Management Recruit, hire, train, and supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback Ensure staff compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Maintain appropriate staffing levels and schedule coverage
Administrative Duties:
Manage unit operations and coordinate daily activities
Maintain accurate resident records and reports
Ensure proper inventory and supply levels
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Current RN license in the state of practice
3-5 years of long-term care nursing experience
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
