Role and Responsibilities
• Your internship will culminate in a presentation of work to leaders
• This is a 40-hour-per-week assignment, Monday through Friday and will last 12 weeks in the summer
• Safety and environmental culture initiatives
• Development or enhancement of proactive programs
• Industrial hygiene sampling
• Addressing safety concerns
• Hazard assessments
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Must be enrolled full time at an accredited
university/college, obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's
degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related
program
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0 (no rounding)
• Expected graduation date December 2025 and
beyond
• 18 completed semester hours in the program prior to
start of internship
• Ability to work with minimal to modest supervision
• Demonstrated leadership that requires organizing or
working with groups
• Excellent written communications skills; PowerPoint,
Word, Excel skills well-developed
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
